These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the au9 platform, including the website located at au9.onl, all associated mobile experiences, the online casino, sports betting services, promotional offers, and any other services made available by au9 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all players, visitors, and users of the Platform.

au9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any dispute concerning interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. Where these Terms reference payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, the terms and conditions of those third-party providers apply independently and are not governed by these Terms.

1.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on au9, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

1.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

au9 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Electoral Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of registered mobile number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirmation)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. au9 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within four business hours of receiving a complete document set. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is completed.

1.3 Account Closure by au9

au9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (b) KYC verification reveals discrepancies in the information provided at registration; (c) the account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms; or (d) continued operation of the account is deemed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

au9 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods as updated on the Platform from time to time. All transactions must be initiated from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered au9 account holder — are not permitted and may result in reversal of the transaction and account suspension.

2.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to limits published in the cashier section of your au9 account, which may vary by payment method. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your au9 account balance within minutes of a successful payment confirmation from the provider. au9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within one business day for amounts up to ৳50,000, and within three business days for amounts above ৳50,000, subject to standard security checks. au9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal requests. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or system maintenance.

2.4 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on au9 are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳). au9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by a payment provider prior to transfer is the responsibility of the account holder and subject to that provider's exchange rate and fees.

2.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login and no transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. au9 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances, after providing 30 days' prior written notice to the email address registered to the account. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

3.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet or wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the au9 platform — either an on-screen confirmation message or a bet ID generated by the system. In the event of any technical error, connectivity failure, or system malfunction that prevents confirmation from being received, au9 reserves the right to void the affected bet. Bets placed on events whose outcome was known at the time of placement will be voided regardless of the odds offered.

3.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on the au9 sports betting platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds update in real time based on match events. If a material error in odds is identified — such as a price that is significantly and obviously incorrect relative to the true market price — au9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant account balances. Winnings paid out on manifestly erroneous odds may be reclaimed by au9.

3.3 Casino Game Integrity

All casino games available on au9 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others, and live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live-streamed physical dealing processes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game information panel before play commences. au9 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter the RNG-certified results of third-party game titles.

3.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game and are displayed within the relevant game or market before play. These limits may vary by game type, live casino table, sports market, and account tier. au9 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where betting patterns are identified that present risk to the Platform.

3.5 Void Events and Refunds

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to account balances. For in-play bets placed before an abandonment, settled bets will stand unless the event is subsequently declared void by the relevant governing body. au9 will apply the standard industry rules of the relevant sport when settling void event situations.

4.1 Age Restriction — 21 and Above

The au9 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. au9 employs age verification controls at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all wagers will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

4.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Limits

au9 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from account settings without the need to contact support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are permanent for the minimum elected term and cannot be shortened once activated. 5.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, au9 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any service interruptions, system downtime, data transmission failures, or technical errors beyond au9's reasonable control; (c) the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; or (d) the conduct of other players on the Platform.

au9's total aggregate liability to any individual account holder in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that account at the time the claim arises.

5.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold au9, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with use of the Platform; or (c) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Platform.

5.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and au9 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, au9 encourages you to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. au9 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 20 business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant governing territory.

5.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the commercial intent of the original.

5.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the au9 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and au9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
